  • All services are provided in compliance with RBI regulations and guidelines.
  • We are authorized as a Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) by the Reserve Bank of India.
  • Services are available at our authorized branches and through our official channels only.

User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You must provide valid identification documents as required by law.
  • You must be a resident of India or have valid authorization to conduct forex transactions.
  • Business entities must provide necessary business registration documents.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Transaction Terms

  • All transactions are subject to availability of currency and RBI limits.
  • Exchange rates are determined based on market conditions and may change without notice.
  • Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as per RBI regulations.
  • All transactions require proper documentation and verification.
  • We charge service fees as disclosed at the time of transaction.
  • Transactions cannot be reversed once completed.

Risks and Liabilities

  • Foreign exchange rates are volatile and may result in losses.
  • We are not responsible for market fluctuations affecting transaction values.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the transaction amount only.
  • Users must verify all transaction details before confirmation.

Legal Compliance

  • All services comply with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) 1999.
  • We adhere to RBI guidelines for money changing activities.
  • Users must comply with all tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Suspicious transactions will be reported to authorities as required by law.
  • We maintain strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
  • Any violation of these terms may result in service termination.
